The Nevada Appeal reports that law enforcement arrested Dale Wayne Hill, 39, Wednesday morning on suspicion of failing to register as a felon. Hill is a suspect in the disappearance of Stephanie Condon, according to the Douglas County sheriff.

Skeletal remains found near Glide, Ore., on March 13, have been identified as the missing girl from Riddle, Ore., Stephanie Condon. Condon had been missing since 1998.
