Oregon State Police say a Washington man who was stopped on Interstate 5 with a load of marijuana in his vehicle, has cooperated with police, leading to another arrest in Washington.
Roseburg police detectives are looking into an incident where a 31-year-old transient from the Roseburg area was allegedly punched, causing him to fall and hit his head. He later died at a Eugene hospital.
